Text your coworker.

Athena has its own phone number. Text it a question and get the answer, the file, and attribution—using only what you are allowed to see.

Text your coworker.

Think about the last time you needed a number and did not have your laptop. You were between meetings, or boarding a flight, or on a plant floor. The file you needed was on a shared drive, and the person who knew what changed was in another meeting.

So you texted a colleague and waited.

Now you can text Athena.

It is a contact, not an app. Athena has a phone number, an email address, and a calendar. It has a seat in your Slack and Teams and an account in your company directory. You can text it, call it, forward it an email, copy it on a thread, invite it to a meeting, or mention it in a channel. Save it in your contacts the way you would a new colleague.

Ask where a file is and what changed since last week. Athena replies with a short answer, the file itself, and a link to exactly what changed, with the name of whoever changed it.

It only sees what you can see. When you text, Athena recognizes you from your company directory and works with your permissions, nothing more. If you cannot open a folder, neither can it on your behalf.

Text your coworker.

The conversation follows you. Ask by text in the car, pick it up in Slack at your desk, finish it in Excel. It is one conversation, and Athena remembers all of it. Anything it changes from your phone is recorded the same way it would be at your desk: who, when, what, and why.

Talk instead of type. In the iPhone app, hold to talk. Ask for the board update from this month's sheet, in your template. The deck arrives as a file you can read on the plane or review at your desk.

Say yes from anywhere. When a workflow needs your sign-off, your phone shows what it wants to do and what it will cost. One tap to approve or reject, and your decision is on the record.

What to plan for

Voice replies are a little slower than text. And Athena only answers numbers in your company directory that IT has verified; texts from anyone else get nothing back. Set that up before you share the number.

Save the number.

The agent has a phone number

Athena has a phone number, an email address, and a calendar. Text it from the gate. Hold to talk from the car. Approve a workflow by voice. The agent is a contact in your phone, not an app you open.

Text the agent where a file is and what changed. Athena replies with a short answer, the file itself, and a link to exactly what changed, with the name of whoever changed it. The agent recognizes you from your company directory and works with your permissions, nothing more. If you cannot open a folder, neither can it on your behalf.

Hold to talk, approve from your pocket

The iOS app carries the same agent, the same permissions, and the same audit trail as the desktop. Hold to talk in the app. Ask for the board update from this month's sheet, in your template. The deck arrives as a file you can read on the plane or review at your desk.

When a workflow needs your sign-off, your phone shows what it wants to do and what it will cost. One tap to approve or reject, and your decision is on the record. Approval steps and budgets travel with the workflow, not the device. Push notifications arrive when a workflow reaches a step you marked.

Over-the-air updates ship without a store release. SSO on mobile. Same permissions, inherited live. Messages and files stay in your environment; the phone is a window.

Ten ways in, one memory

Athena has a seat in your Slack and Teams and an account in your company directory. You can text it, call it, forward it an email, copy it on a thread, invite it to a meeting, or mention it in a channel. Save it in your contacts the way you would a new colleague.

The iOS app adds hold-to-talk, push approvals, and the full thread view. SMS, voice, and email work from any phone, not just the iOS app. The agent joins Zoom, Meet, or Teams. Speaker-identified transcript, time-anchored citations. Say the wake phrase to bring Athena into the conversation. Afterward it runs the follow-ups you told it to.

Start a task on your phone and finish it inside Excel. The thread continues on the desktop, in Chrome, or inside Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Nothing restarts. Every action attributed and reversible, exactly as on desktop.

Built for partners on the floor

The partner boarding the flight, the plant manager on the floor, the CFO between meetings. They need a number, a document, or a decision, and the tool that has it is on a laptop in a bag. Mobile assistants answer trivia. They do not open your comp model, read the attribution, and send you the file.

Partners at a professional-services firm asked for exactly this: text the agent where the Q3 comp model is and what changed since Friday. Two sentences back, the sheet, and a link to the cells that changed, attributed. An audit lead at a global accounting firm saw the mobile app and said, Oh, this is sweet.

Forward a data room, a folder of motions, or a stack of vendor files to Athena's email address. Athena processes them through the workflow you specify and sends the output back to your inbox. If your admin allows it, you can approve production actions from your phone. Approval policy is set per workflow. If IT revokes your access, the mobile session ends; no data is stored on the device; files are streamed through the active session only.

What customers say
“He wrote the entire stuff. By itself. And I was there, and I was thinking, alright. If I had to write all this stuff, I mean, I would've spent days, days, days.”
Manufacturing analyst · A global manufacturer
“I send that to the programmer and he said, alright. I read your file. I copied the section of the code because he has the right interface, and it works. Wow. Just like magic.”
Manufacturing analyst · A global manufacturer
“Digital worker, it gets spun up, it gets given access to the toolkits that it needs. It gets given access to the data that it needs. Just exists for the period it needs to exist to perform the task. And then it gets torn back down again afterwards.”
Audit lead · A global professional services firm
“I like that direction, that concept of the agent is the agent. It becomes an entity in its own right with its own ownership and its own missioning, and you get rid of the gray area and the blurry lines.”
